You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Items that have been used, are missing original packaging, or are returned after the applicable return window has passed are not eligible for a refund.
Email NoPlastiks.org@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
